Responsibilities

  • Assist hotels with sharing their hotel talent data
  • Collating hotel talent data of all EMEA management hotels
  • Collate all program data from current and past participants, analyse satisfaction data, promotion data and other parameters involved in the ROI of programs.
  • Work with Excel to create graphs and insights
  • Work with PowerBI and create visual dashboards
  • Assist with online development centre exercises together with GMs of hotels.
  • Be the contact person for the EMEA Leadership & Talent team for data comparisons and analysis
  • Be involved in the gathering of Talent data by all hotels, and data analysis. Ensure critical data about talents stay constantly up to date.
  • Help prepare for Monthly GM Resourcing calls, Regional presentations.
  • Analyses Leadership development and talent data and helps to create infographics
  • Produce reports that measures the success of the L&D activities including league tables
  • Creates attractive communication in the form of newsletters.
  • Be involved in EMEA projects (e.g GM academy, Hilton Chef Inclusion project etc.).
  • Join EMEA Talent & Leadership team calls
  • Utilize tools to lead periodic data evaluation.
  • Track the progress of hotels against all business and talent goals throughout the year and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Help administer E learning & registrations (Hilton University)
  • Measure and analyse feedback received from participants in programs/ Trainings.
  • Help centralize all communication from the Learning Team into a single point of contact to hotels. Update & monitor Talent Management related pages on sharepoint sites and others.
  • Provide suggestions to improve Leadership & Talent Development function.
  • Assists with activities related to GTMES or pulse surveys
  • Create and edit videos
  • Work with Excel and Power BI, the Learning Management System
