Responsibilities

It is responsible for reinforcing and elevating three strategic mandates for the Bank in support of the CIB Americas Ambition 2025:
The articulation of a long-term Workspace Strategy to support the implementation of Smart Working and the Americas Location Strategy
The development of a strategic posture on Procurement and Vendor Management
The development and strengthening of an integrated Data Management platform and associated services
Within ES, the Chief of Staff office is responsible for supporting the Head of Enterprise Services by handling the following responsibilities:
Develop and execute change roadmap for Enterprise Services in support of Ambition 2025
Oversee and complete ad-hoc projects and special assignments
Provide strategic and tactical support for formal and informal governance
Develop and execute against communication plan
Work closely with the Business and Program Management team on transversal topics
The selected candidate will report to the Chief of Staff office and be integrally involved in the above mandates, supporting ES progress and developing key skills around project management and data analysis.
As an Intern, you will:
Engage in an initial induction training that will set you up to succeed, and allow you to network with your intern class across all business divisions
Complete technical projects and collaborate with colleagues across the Bank, gaining exposure to real work in order to identify your skills and explore where your interests align
Participate in weekly senior speaker events and roundtable discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and the industry
Network with colleagues and learn about industry topics through workshops and speaker series, as well as through philanthropy and social events
