Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating digital transformation projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution
  • Help manage documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for key initiatives
  • Support change management efforts, including training material development and stakeholder engagement
  • Gather and analyze feedback from end users, identifying potential barriers to adoption of our Transformation and recommending solutions
  • Assist in drafting presentations, internal communications, newsletters, reports and updates on the transformation progress
