Responsibilities

  • Assist with development of project plans and communications to support business unit HR teams’ efforts to launch Inclusive Behaviors for Employees eLearning.
  • Engage in efforts to drive a culture of inclusion by partnering on the tracking and reporting of the impact of key inclusion initiatives including D&I Councils, Business Resource Groups (BRGs), Quarterly Inclusion Talks, BRG Mentoring Programs and Employee Culture Survey (if approved).
  • Work with D&I Communications team to develop select content and to amplify messages to the 2025 Internship cohort.
  • Contribute to development of Standard Operating Procedures for D&I Councils.
  • Support efforts to engage Human Resources / Talent Centers of Excellence to integrate inclusion considerations into the employee lifecycle including sourcing/recruiting, learning & development and performance management etc. as needed.
