What is the duration of the internship?

Yes, the internship is a paid position.
What qualifications are required to apply?
Applicants should have completed a minimum of two years of undergraduate study and must be fluent in Dutch and English.
What should applicants submit with their application?
Applicants should submit a resume/CV, a cover letter, and preferably three samples of journalistic work on any platform.
What type of experience are you looking for in candidates?
We are looking for candidates with a passion for news, strong curiosity, a demonstrated interest in journalism through extracurricular activities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Will there be an opportunity for full-time positions after the internship?
Yes, following the internship, there may be an opportunity to be offered a full-time role, starting with a year-long rotator program.
When will applications be accepted?
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
Is prior journalism experience required?
Prior experience in journalism is preferred, but a demonstrated interest through extracurricular activities is also acceptable.
What type of stories will interns be expected to work on?
Interns will be expected to conduct reporting, conduct exclusive interviews, dig into data, and collaborate on stories related to companies, economies, technology, and politics.
Is knowledge of financial markets necessary?
A passion for news and a willingness to learn about global financial markets, companies, and economies is required, though extensive prior knowledge is not mandatory.
