Interns can expect to learn about risk management techniques, trading and market making skills, as well as gain insight into various Capital Markets desks through hands-on experience and projects.
What type of projects will interns be involved in?
Interns will complete projects such as preparing market commentary, analyzing client trading data, and other ad hoc tasks set by different teams.
Will there be networking opportunities during the internship?
Yes, interns will participate in a centralized programme of activities, including a weekly speaker series, peer-to-peer intern presentations, as well as social and networking events.
Will interns have a chance to give a presentation?
Yes, interns are expected to deliver a final presentation to leaders within Capital Markets at the end of their internship.
Are exceptional interns considered for further opportunities after the internship?
Yes, exceptional interns will be considered for entry onto the 2026 Global Capital Markets Rotational Graduate Programme, aimed at obtaining a permanent position.
How will the application process proceed after submission?
Successful applicants will be contacted regarding the next steps, which include a one-way video interview, a virtual panel interview with members of the Capital Markets team, and participation in an Assessment Centre.
