What is the duration of the internship?
The internship duration is from January 2nd to May 2nd, 2025.
What are the eligibility requirements to apply for this internship?
Candidates must be 3rd or 4th year students pursuing a bachelor’s degree, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, be eligible to work full-time in Canada, and be available for the entire duration of the internship.
What skills are needed to succeed in this internship?
Ideal candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities, strong teamwork and analytical skills, strategic thinking capabilities, creativity, effective communication, and a deep understanding of complex business issues.
Will I need to come into the office?
Yes, interns are required to work in-person at the corporate head office for a minimum of 2 full days per week, as determined by the Line Manager.
What kind of training or experience will I receive during the internship?
Interns will have the opportunity to work on data analysis, support the development of business solutions, and enhance skills like presentation, teamwork, and leadership.
Is there an opportunity for a full-time position after the internship?
Yes, at the conclusion of the internship, there may be an opportunity to join Unilever as a full-time employee, depending on performance.
What types of roles are available within the Customer Development internship?
Interns can work within Customer Business Development (CBD) or Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP) teams.
How will the interview process be conducted?
The interview will consist of a business case analysis and an Excel assessment, which may take place either virtually or in-person at the corporate head office.
Are there any specific technical skills required for the internship?
Candidates should have solid experience using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong abilities in Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, and SUMIF.
