The intern will address active security threats such as phishing emails, critical vulnerabilities, and malware detections in collaboration with the IT Security and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams.

The intern will act as the bridge in communication between IT teams and end users while facilitating issue resolution, requiring effective verbal and written communication skills.
