Responsibilities

  • The part-time CLT Emergency Management intern (20 hours per week) will support the CLT Emergency Management team in maintaining and enhancing internal situational awareness platforms, assisting in research, data compilation, and system updates. Under the guidance of senior staff, the intern will also contribute to the planning and logistical preparations for the department’s full-scale triennial exercise, including coordinating stakeholder communications, drafting event materials, and supporting exercise execution tasks. This position provides hands-on experience in emergency management operations and the opportunity to gain valuable insight into both daily emergency planning and large-scale response activities.
