Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programs around Marketing, Business, Journalism, English etc.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in utilizing online research tools, databases, and CRM systems.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, networking, or cloud computing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Verticals/Industry Research:
  • Conduct research on specific industry verticals aligned with our 1:Few ABM Programmes.
  • Gather insights into the unique challenges, trends, and opportunities within each vertical.
  • Identify key players, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to the target verticals.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports and summaries of findings to inform messaging and content strategies.
  • Key Accounts Analysis:
  • Collaborate with the Head of ABM / sales and marketing teams to identify priority key accounts.
  • Conduct detailed research on the organizational structure, transformational plans, pain points, people movement and technology landscape of each key account.
  • Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the target accounts.
  • Compile profiles and insights for each key account to facilitate personalized engagement strategies.
  • Stay tuned on news and information we can leverage to penetrate the account.
  • Messaging and Content Support:
  • Utilize research findings to inform the development of messaging frameworks tailored to specific verticals and key accounts for marketing, BDR and Sales.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including the content and creative teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
