Requirements

  • Education:
  • Rising junior or senior of a four-year university preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the Service Center Procedure Reference Guide – we would use the information that Jim gathered, along with other material that we have created internally
  • Epic Clean up – assist with any clean up or downloads
  • Unrouted mail – this will give the individual exposure and familiarity with what carriers send us
  • Expiration Reports – would assist with any follow ups that need to be created based off of the report
  • Simple ARs – would work with our AR team to learn how to do simple ARs, and to understand the significance and importance of the ARs
  • Insurance 101 – would learn basic insurance from Kat – which we have nicknamed “Kat’s Korner”
  • Leadership Skills – shadowing the SC leadership team to gain insight into our leadership skills
  • Account Coordinator & Processors – shadowing our ACs and Processors to learn about their skills, expectations, and values brought to the Service Center
  • Assist with pulling carrier decs and invoices for the BMG project.
