Responsibilities

  • Supporting Fixed asset accounting by reconciling concept shop capitalization.
  • Performing certain fixed assets physical counts.
  • Entering Molds in the fixed asset system of SAP
  • Supporting physical inventory count at the retail stores.
  • Various accounting reconciliations as needed.
  • Supporting Travel and Expense/Fleet by performing data cleansing and reorganizing filing directory.
  • In addition, the person in this role may support the AR/AP team on balance validation or pulling invoices for audit purposes.
  • Other tasks as assigned
