Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior undergrad
  • 3 years of relevant course experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and experience

Responsibilities

  • Support/observe the AP vendor invoice and Cash processes
  • Support/observe the Expense Reports and Timesheets processes
  • Support/observe integrations between systems and NetSuite (ERP)
  • Assist with improving and creating accounting templates / workpapers used internally during the month-end and externally for reporting
  • Assist with developing, documenting, and improving processes and policies to drive financial discipline across the company
