What qualifications are required for the Accounting Intern position in Augusta, GA?

What will the intern be doing during their time at Equity Residential?
The Accounting Intern will work closely with the Corporate Augusta Accounting teams to assist with tasks related to property accounting, accounts payable, utilities, contract administration, and variance analysis. They will also collaborate with various departments, participate in meetings, and work on strategic initiatives. Additionally, they may provide auditor assistance and reconcile cash activity for multiple residential entities.
