Responsibilities

  • Develop a foundational understanding of all AI offerings that are TGS managed. Ability to confidently provide suggestions to stakeholders for using already available out of the box tech where applicable, and shape requirements for custom prototypes/products when necessary.
  • Assist with updating Maxwell content, learning/training material, etc. as it relates to AI capabilities
  • Assist with shaping/discovery/feasibility meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop business cases for the use of existing AI capabilities, or net new technology.
  • Assist in capturing and prioritizing customer requirements for custom AI products and SaaS AI solutions.
  • Support the product development process in an agile environment, utilizing tools such as Planview, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Support the creation of documentation and standards for new AI work types within the Technology & Global Services (TGS) operating system.
