Requirements

Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
Track record of exceptional achievement, placing in the top % of your class
Very clear communication
Comfortable learning quickly in unfamiliar domains

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will work alongside Analysts and Operations Managers across the business to deliver our core products to customers. You'll quickly find that no week is the same, which is both exciting and challenging. One week you may be scoping an update to our billing system or helping us scope out new products, the next you may be working or improving our customer support systems, installation operations, or hiring pipeline. Right now we are building out an operation to support 100k customers, and there is lots to be done :)
