Responsibilities

  • Join our multi award winning Apprenticeship scheme and you’ll use your charm, enthusiasm and belief to ensure our customers experience the best of Plusnet every time they talk to us.
  • In our customer service team we help people get to grips with everything from their bill and their contract, to a particular feature on their new smartphone.
  • This means that your role will be to make sure our customers receive an exceptional and personal service every single time.
