What type of projects will I be working on as an Architectural Intern?
As an Architectural Intern, you will be involved in a variety of assignments, including collaborating with design teams, drafting in Revit, performing design calculations, and preparing portions of project documents for small projects or selected segments of larger projects.
Is prior experience with Revit required for this position?
While a basic knowledge of Revit drafting is preferred, it is not strictly required. We encourage candidates who are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture to apply.

Where is the internship located?
The internship is located in our office in Honolulu, Hawaii.
What are some of the specific tasks I will be responsible for?
You will be responsible for tasks such as researching project requirements and options, drafting design layouts, preparing and editing designs and drawings, reviewing project specifications, and responding to contractor’s questions under the guidance of a Senior Architect.

Will there be opportunities to work on both small and larger projects?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to work on both small projects and selected segments of larger projects as part of the Property & Buildings group.
What skills or software knowledge are beneficial for this internship?
A working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp will be beneficial, along with a positive attitude and willingness to work on all projects.
