Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelor's degree in Management from an accredited college or university
  • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Must have current/active secret clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Strong familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive contributor with ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Able to work collaboratively with the team as well as independently
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT.

Responsibilities

  • Apply an introductory understanding of information handling to maintain inventory of contracts that contain CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) handling clauses
  • Maintain inventory of KPMG systems approved for CUI handling; maintain policies and procedures for the handling of CUI
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards related to CUI
  • Contribute to training and awareness programs for employees on the proper handling of CUI; interact with KPMG personnel to identify and educate where CUI is being stored, transmitted, or processed
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the proper handling of CUI throughout the organization
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices related to CUI management
