  • As an Associate Product Manager Intern focusing on support packaging at SentinelOne, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings by focusing on developing and managing support packages.   • Collaborate with Product Managers to define and prioritize support package requirements.Assist in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for support packages, coordinating across sales, marketing, support, BD, legal, and product development teams.Engage in roadmap management, specifically for support packages, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.Participate in project management activities, utilizing knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver value and achieve desired outcomes for support packages.Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve support packages.Support the documentation and communication of support package features and benefits to internal teams and customers.
