Accounting & TaxManchester

Description

  • Our IT Audit & Assurance team focuses specifically on technology, serving the public interest and giving confidence that companies have the correct processes and controls over the technology they use, especially in the production of financial and non-financial information.
  • Across both audit and assurance projects, you’ll gain an understanding of how key people run their business, what technology and digital processes they use, how this connects to their broader business strategy, and how they manage and control the risks.
  • Technology continues to become ever more important as companies use more emerging tech like robotic automation and artificial intelligence.  You’ll learn to speak ‘tech’ in a way that can be understood, explaining to others the impact of IT issues on the company and its financial results.  A highly sought after and rare skill.
  • You’ll get to work on a range of businesses from large international companies listed in the FTSE100, to smaller entities. Each will give you invaluable knowledge and insight.
