Requirements

  • This programme is for university students who are doing well academically and want to test their skills in the real world.  
  • You need to be on track to achieve a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline and you must be in the penultimate year of your course. 
  • If you’re fascinated by business and can’t wait to get stuck into complex projects that make a difference, you’ll fit right in. 

Responsibilities

  • Imagine trying out a career for a year before you commit. Our Industrial Placements are a great way to explore your professional interests, discover new ambitions and make sure you’re on the right career path.
  • For 12 months you’ll be a key part of our business – training and working alongside our first-year graduates. You’ll do real work from day one, using what you’ve learnt at university to help solve complex problems.  You’ll help us push boundaries and learn skills that will set you up for an exciting career.
  • In the IT Audit and Assurance team you’ll be:
  • Speaking directly to clients to understand their business, processes and controls particularly in relation to technology. You’ll put this knowledge to use in our specialist audit and assurance tools and systems.
  • Identifying risks associated with businesses and their use of technology.
  • Designing and executing testing processes and controls to ensure that they work effectively.
  • Reporting back any findings through presentations and reports.
