  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation systems for industrial processes or manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with engineers to create control system architectures, including hardware selection, instrumentation, and communication protocols.
  • Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other automation devices using industry-standard software and programming languages.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Assist in integrating automation systems with existing equipment and processes, including commissioning and startup activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance automation systems and processes.
  • Perform other engineering tasks and support the automation engineering team as needed.
