Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: As part of the Customer Marketing work, you will participate in planning customer-related events. You will learn skills related to general event logistics (venue sourcing, location, timing, event format).
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Outside of the Customer Marketing and Awareness teams, you will gain exposure to the extended marketing team. You will have the opportunity to learn about the larger Nasuni ecosystem, engage with external vendors, and have visibility into how all teams engage.
  • Content Creation and Messaging: There will be multiple opportunities to grow your writing skills through email messages, landing page creation, customer case studies, customer win wires, social headlines, and related promotional opportunities.
  • Reporting: You will gain valuable skills related to overall program measurement and impact on the business. Through your exposure to the tools and systems for reporting and learning, you will learn about which tactics are effective for driving the business.
  • Support customer advocacy efforts including case study creation and promotion, event promotion, and more.
  • Assist in the creation of customer event landing pages and email invitations.
  • Work cross-functionally to create quarterly Nasuni 360 Value Reports to our install base.
  • Create customer content including Win Wires and Quote Card for social media usage.
  • Work closely with social media & content specialist to develop and test out new social media programs, support blog content creation with topic research and writing as appropriate.
  • Engage with brand for exposure to the variety of elements that make up a company's internal and external brand identity, have line of sight to reporting and how brand impact is measured.
  • Participate in general communications work to understand the process for how news and announcements are planned, created, and published.
