Responsibilities

  • - You will be aligned to our Financial Services and Banking sector, assisting clients in completing processing procedures for US Residential Mortgages.
  • - As part of the Lending Operations team, your role involves validating loan documents to ensure their accuracy and expiration before submitting them to the Underwriting queue.
  • - The mortgage processing team focuses on analyzing the loan application, verifying information provided by the applicant such as employment, income and credit history.
  • - Collect the necessary documents from Loan officer and borrower as per Underwriting requirements and to monitor the loans till Closing.
