Barings is seeking candidates for summer internship positions across the investment space including public and private fixed income, real estate, portfolio analytics and distribution.
Internship Overview:
- 9-week programme
- Following the programme, outstanding performers will be considered for a position in our Analyst Programme upon graduation
- Bespoke training programme led by external vendors
- Weekly programmatic events to provide holistic exposure to the business
Requirements
- Demonstrated interested in financial services/investment management
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented team
- Self-starter, must be organised and able to work independently
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Currently in the penultimate year of university, on track for a 2.1 or higher, with a degree completion date of Spring 2025
