Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Production, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), project management software/tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Prior internship or work experience in project management, creative production, or operations is preferred but not required.
  • Able to work onsite from our office in Frogtown, LA (near DTLA).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Administrative duties such as documentation filing, organizing Dropbox folders, ensuring documents across projects are filed appropriately and timely, signature requests, etc.
  • Support with creative production across various departments, such as art department, production (scheduling, sheet creation, creative decks), casting, crew, transportation, location and on-site production support.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, videographers, printers, and freelancers, to assist as needed and secure resources.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with social, content, design and marketing teams to support overall operational and brand objectives.
  • Coordinate sourcing efforts and communications for merchandise and product developers, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and market demands.
  • Support the operations of our LA office, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while ensuring supplies are well-stocked and facilities are properly maintained.
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing and operations team to support departmental goals and priorities.
