Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Experience with computer applications with emphasis on Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Required to work all games days and major events and have a flexible schedule.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform some manual labor as an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Boston Bruins Foundation President, Manager, and Coordinator with daily activities and responsibilities.
  • Review and respond to donation requests
  • Operate and manage BBF game day table in arena
  • Respond to local charity requests.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting Boston Bruins Foundation events such as the Boston Bruins Golf Tournament, Player Events, BFit Challenge, Pucks and Paddles & others.
  • Manage Boston Bruins Foundation databases, including those related to events, grants, and donations.
  • Communicate daily with Bruins Foundation supporters, fans, and others regarding many different Foundation topics.
