  • Assist with documenting and standardizing processes to ensure consistency and compliance; includes creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring that best practices are recorded and shared across the BPI team
  • Involvement with implementing and testing process improvements; includes piloting new processes, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes in a BPI Wave
