What qualifications are required for this internship?
Applicants must be pursuing an associate's or bachelor's program in fields such as economics, food systems, agriculture, data science, ecology, or other quantitative fields. They must also have quantitative and/or data analysis skills and familiarity with reading scientific papers.
Are there any preferred qualifications for candidates?
Preferred qualifications include subject expertise in coding (Python or other languages), fluency in Mandarin or Portuguese, and familiarity with climate change or agriculture concepts.
Where is the internship located?
The internship can be completed remotely, though the intern may also work from Washington D.C. or other states, except for Hawaii, Kentucky, Nevada, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Wyoming.
