Responsibilities

  • You will work across two small but fiercely effective teams, of four and six respectively. Your time with the Brand Partnerships team will see you work across a multitude of disciplines, not limited to: marketing, account management, artist relations, digital, planning and research, production and creative. You are the engine room of the team, and time will be spent split between general tasks such as finance admin and copywriting for assets with equal focus being allocated to more creative projects including artist ideation sessions and pitching to a variety of external brands and agencies.
  • Within the Sync team you will help ensure Sony Music repertoire is placed in (but not limited to): TV Commercials, Films, TV Shows and Games. You will work closely with all members of the team learning how to pitch repertoire, assist in licensing paperwork and deliver assets to our wide network of clients.
  • What you'll do:
  • Assist in daily admin tasks across both departments not limited to: finance tasks (invoicing, PO generation), gig/event invites
  • Attend label meetings / brand and sync specific meetings to discuss and strategise alongside release schedules
  • Copywriting for key artist assets, internal/external newsletter entries, social media posts and deck building across both teams
  • Updating crucial live documents, tracking the success of Sony repertoire across the charts and daily reporting on brand and marketing campaigns
  • Artist/Label Relations – Acting as a point of contact for peers across the wider label and department
  • Learning how music is licensed and the paper trail process behind that to then ultimately assist in the creative process, undertaking music searches to brief
  • Attending client meetings / artist and brand shoots/ artist playbacks and showcases
