Requirements

  • Being a rising Junior/Senior is preferred.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the summer internship program
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program of study at an accredited college/university.
  • Graduate student in healthcare domains specifically project management, data and business analytics or related fields.
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
  • Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
  • Students will be assigned to a specific group within the Carelon Digital Platforms organization based on skill set and need of the business. Students should have experience and education in:
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner.
  • Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategic frameworks.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes business and IT needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
  • Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy.
  • Responsible for gathering and assessing market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback
  • Contribute to Strategy and Business Development Efforts
  • Develop and Deliver Presentations to Key Stakeholders
