Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback.
Familiarity with Salesforce's declarative tools, APEX, and Visualforce is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with the maintenance and configuration of the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate on developing and debugging Apex code to create customized solutions.
Work alongside the team to create and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, fields, and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
Participate in testing new Salesforce features, updates, and custom Apex solutions.
Learn and adhere to Salesforce best practices, including best practices in Apex coding.
Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions for process improvements.
