Requirements

  • Proactive Learner
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under changing timelines
  • Team player who is also self-motivated to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; PowerPoint is a priority
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM engagement and MS Outlook preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Interest in solar and clean energy space preferred
  • All majors are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager on email campaigns and content calendar
  • Regularly update and review collateral using design software for event promotion, membership marketing materials, etc.
  • Generate reports and targeted lists as needed by Business Development team
  • Assist in further developing brand exposure at the largest solar event in North America September 2024
  • Explore and research areas of growth within the department
  • Other projects as assigned
