Responsibilities

Produce and maintain high-integrity PowerBI dashboards that analyze performance and operations of the Engineering department
Use data from Engineering tools to analyze performance in Engineering activities (DOORS - Requirements Management; Bitbucket– Software Development; Clearquest/SharedPalma – Configuration Management, Technical Debt)
Use data from enterprise tools to analyze wider business operations (SAP, Workday, Primavera – Purchasing, Resourcing, Budget and costs tracking)
Use key UI/UX principles including validating dashboards against User requirements
Promoting digitalization and data-driven operations
Highlight areas of poor data maturity and propose corrective actions
Provide end user training and technical support for using PowerBI and on UI/UX design
Ability to Define, Build and Document Extraction, Transition and Loading (ETL) pipelines
Experience with Scripting such as Python
