The candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, have experience in data analytics and visualization, possess strong problem-solving and program management skills, and have advanced Excel skills including data analysis and financial modeling. Familiarity with Power BI and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment are also required.
