Responsibilities

  • Work within the North America Operations team supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Resource Management and Business Management teams
  • Run reports out of our financial system to provide key information to client teams
  • Input staffing plans into our financial system
  • Assign resources based on level and skillset to client account projects in our professional services automation (PSA) software system
  • Support on tracking and assigning staffing deliverables
  • Recap meetings and circulate notes
  • Create first-draft analysis of financial data on client accounts
  • Create charts and graphs based on data analysis
  • Provide strategic insights related to employee engagement, talent & retention
