  • Conduct process audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for future optimization
  • Create standardized People Experience process documentation, including employee playbooks and workflow diagrams, to improve organizational efficiency and promote best practices
  • Identify and document future business processes, including potential gaps and areas for optimization in existing processes
