Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for, facilitate, and distribute minutes of meetings for the Atlantic Region Regulatory Management Committee.
  • Manage the regulatory compliance event registry to provide reminders for regulatory submissions / action closure and distribute a monthly report on completed and forecasted activities.
  • Compile regulatory actions / comment received from C-NLOPB for tracking and record updates as required.
  • Prepare quarterly operations updates to the C-NLOPB based on inputs from operations teams.
  • Administer the database of regulatory exemptions.
  • Additional tasks required by the Business Services team, as directed.
