Requirements

  • Studying for an undergraduate or Masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.

  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the PA of the EVP and site manager, including supporting the organisation of their agenda based on business priorities and major business objectives.
  • Organisation and preparation for customer/internal meetings and events (inc Workshops)
  • Travel management, working closely with the department heads and group leaders
  • Support in running of the office, stationary, IT Equipment ordering, facilities, and pool cars
  • Working closely with the site manager, liaising with FCM & Landlord to ensure any site maintenance is carried out in good time
  • Stationary Management
  • Updating of office noticeboard and signage
  • Project support to the teams including expense management
  • Raising of Purchase orders
  • Processing invoices, liaising with our facilities management, security teams, controlling and finance
  • Maintaining the online dept pages on Bosch Global Network and Bosch Connect
