Responsibilities

  • Work within the business operations support team & information technology departments to assist our field organization in process/application support of multiple business systems while maintaining system integrity & system fixes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Learn business processes of order and inventory management system.
  • Support field users with system and process issues/questions
  • Troubleshoot/resolve transaction issues and coach user on appropriate process tasks and system functionality available to achieve their objectives.
  • Identify process and application problems and provide resolutions.
  • Observe and document malfunctioning software.
  • Create user guide documentation and update existing process documentation.
  • Assist in developing and deploying solutions for application issues and enhancements.
  • Analyze setup issues and work with business operations team to correct data.
  • Assist with project work and testing.
