Requirements

  • Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.  
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites. 

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable / cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing or coordination.
  • Supports multiple clients’ accounting functions.
  • Completes non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by Consulting and Outsourcing Senior, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO.
  • Works as a team member in meeting the needs of the office staff, principals and clients. With guidance, provides excellent client service to help clients reach their goals.
