Responsibilities

Understand business needs and gathers requirements; analyzes, designs, develops, tests, trains and deploys mission critical business solutions.
Support analytics of companywide projects which would include usage, metrics, visualizations.
Participate in the evaluation and testing of the capabilities, characteristics and requirements of existing and emerging BI technologies.
Participate in the implementation of best practices surrounding business intelligence (BI) solution development and administration.
Identify user trends based off analytics to determine future application changes. Work with cross-functional teams to make specific and actionable recommendations based on research findings, business needs and technical limitations.
Collaborate with partner and implementation teams to review technical deliverables to govern alignment with prescribed designs and information-quality tenets.
Work closely with the application development team and stakeholder groups to define requirements, design appropriate BI solutions, and implement the solutions according to development standards and best practices.
Maintain and support existing data analytics platforms and perform ongoing research to determine Power BI current and future capabilities and recommends system enhancements.
