                <p>As one of our new deal teams, the Capital Markets team works alongside our investment teams across all strategies to put in place viable and forward-looking capital structures for our current portfolio companies and potential investment opportunities. The intern will work across IK’s geographies to understand the portfolio companies’ funding needs and will identify most suitable financing package from a variety of liquidity pools. Throughout the internship, the intern will have a fantastic exposure to our business and have an overview of all our investment activities; which is one of the best aspect of the role according to our interns.</p>

                <p>As a Capital Markets intern, you will work closely with the investment professionals in IK's deal teams and will be involved in the assessment, structuring and execution of LBO financing for investment opportunities in Europe as well as in financing matters for existing Portfolio Companies.</p><br>

                 <li>Assist with financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, structuring and documentation as well as portfolio monitoring for LBO financing</li>
                 <li>Investigate market trends in debt capital markets (private debt, leveraged loans, high-yield, etc.)</li>
