Responsibilities

  • You will join BCG Milan HR Department, specifically within the EMC Career Services & Alumni Team, for a six-month internship.
  • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various key HR processes focused on Career Advisory and Alumni Community Management for our System (Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel and Caspian Area).
  • You will have the chance to organize and support events, manage communication materials such as newsletters and other updates, and help with the preparation of resources for career coaching services.
  • You will closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of Consulting-focused HR services, while learning from experienced professionals in the field.
  • Crafting written content for newsletters, updates, and communication Alumni/ Career Services materials.
  • Actively participating in Alumni/ Career Services events organization.
  • Taking initiative and bringing creative solutions to the table in day-to-day operations and special projects.
  • The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
