Responsibilities

SharePoint O365 Transition Project.
Perform assigned duties under the guidance of staff to support the operational needs of the CFO organization.
Provide support to the Resources Integration Office:
Requires knowledge of SharePoint O365 features and trends.
Migration Planning and Execution:
Assess the existing SharePoint 2016 environment and identify content to be migrated.
Develop migration plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure a smooth transition to SharePoint O365.
Utilize migration tools and methodologies to move data, documents, and sites.
Verify the integrity, availability, and consistency of migrated content.
SharePoint O365 Implementation:
Configure SharePoint O365 sites, libraries, and lists to meet client requirements.
Customize SharePoint O365 solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Provide end-user training and support for SharePoint O365 adoption.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems that may arise during the implementation.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project status reports.
