Description
- Wood’s Commissioning and Completions service line is recruiting for a Chemical Engineering Intern to work with the Commissioning Team in the energy sector based in our Aberdeen Office. This role will start from June 2023 for 3 months on a fixed term basis.

Responsibilities
- In this role you will predominantly work in a project team delivering commissioning services to brownfield modifications projects in the North sea
- You will help to prepare engineering deliverables to safely deliver the project scope
- You will learn to interface with all engineering disciplines to solve a technically challenging problem
Engineering disciplines applicants should be working towards a good honours degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
Requirements
- On track for BEng or MEng at 2:1 or above in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
- Digital knowledge
- Hard working and honest Open attitude and willingness to tackle new tasks
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in an engineering environment
- Will demonstrate initiative but knows when to ask for help
- Can exhibit engineering common sense when problem solving
Education requirements
2:1 or higher
