Responsibilities

  • POWER Engineers is currently seeking a talented structural engineering student for a June 2025 summer internship in our Pacific Civil Structural Substation Group in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
  • Under the guidance of experienced staff, the successful candidate will learn to design draft and design substation structures, foundations, and their related facilities.
  • The selected intern will also participate in sessions designed to develop your skills and provide networking opportunities.
  • Those sessions include:
  • Professional Development sessions focused on resume writing, interview tips, building a LinkedIn profile, and more.
  • Early Talent Speaker Series where leaders speak to interns about their role, vision for the company, and career path, offer career advice, and a Q&A session.
  • Fun Friday activities where interns company-wide join to network and have some fun while doing it.
