Responsibilities

  • Consistently use the required IT Applications to maintain compliance, accuracy, and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions including but not limited to:
  • invoices and related policy accounting documentation
  • quotation and placing slips
  • premium and adjustment calculations
  • information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings
  • draft policy wordings and endorsements
  • Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Brokers.
  • Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers as required by the Account Brokers.
  • Ensure that accurate up-to-date records on all clients are maintained at all times.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients.
