Requirements

  • Client Solutions Interns have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions.
  • Other Experience:
  • Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work on teams
  • Proven track record of learning and using new technology
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
  • Juniors in good academic standing (GPA 3.3 and above)

Responsibilities

  • Throughout the program, Client Solutions Interns will:
  • Participate in account shadowing to learn more about different client facing teams, client types, and our service model
  • Add value to our clients by assisting account teams with day-to-day client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives
  • Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals to experience our expert phone and on-site consultation services firsthand
  • Learn about our versatile client base by engaging in a series of learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions
  • Engage in large-scale independent projects and present your findings to the senior management team at the end of the program
