Requirements

  • What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution throughout the co-op program.
  • At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
  • Must be available to work on a full-time basis as an undergraduate student during the following 3 alternating semesters: Spring 2025, Fall 2025, Summer 2026.
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the co-op rotations.
  • Proficient in any scripting programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell), required.
  • Experience with SQL or Database querying tools to include ETL and functional knowledge of data modeling, required.
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI required.
  • Candidate is team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness/ability to learn new skills is required.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Strategy Support: Dive into sustainability-related operational data to uncover insights, supporting our data strategy and contributing to the Carbon Council and broader Global Sustainability initiatives.
  • Data Discovery & Pipeline Assistance: Assist in the development of data pipelines to streamline our analytics processes.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Create, automate, and maintain various reports and dashboards, having ownership of both front-end and back-end responsibilities.
  • Script Evaluation & Improvement: Assess current scripts for efficiency and accuracy, offering recommendations for enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document all existing scripts, workflows, and data structures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical and non-technical team members.
